DELIVERY
The indicated delivery times are to be considered from the date of shipment of the products.
The products are managed on order and everything is handmade, checked in 5 different phases and personally managed for each order. We do not produce in stock, but we pay special attention to each order. This means having to wait a little longer than those who mass produce and stock, we ship on average in 3-4 weeks.
RETURNS
DEFECTIVE PACKAGES, NON-COMPLIANCE, ANOMALIES
At the time of delivery, you must check the condition of the packages, as well as their content, the conformity and the condition of the products in the presence of the delivery person. Precise, characterized and dated reservations must be noted on the Delivery Note. If a package is refused, you must notify us immediately by email to sales@prandina.it, specifying the number of your order and the reason for the refusal.
RIGHT TO RETRACT
You have a period of 14 working days from the delivery of your order to return a product to us, at your expense, for an exchange or a refund. You can request a return by contacting us at sales@prandina.it. Once the request has been validated, the products must be returned in their new condition, intact, complete, in their original packaging and accompanied by the Delivery Slip and the Return Slip. They must be returned to the following address: Prandina Srl, via Rizzi, 79 - 36055 Nove (Vicenza) Italy. We remind you that the products travel at your own risk and that the shipping costs are your responsibility. After receiving your return, and checking the condition of the products, we will refund the sums paid within 30 days.
